Digital Downloads: All sales of digital downloads are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital files purchased from our website. However, if you encounter any issues with the digital download, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will gladly assist you in resolving any technical problems.
Custom Made Goods: Every custom-made item from Longbeards is meticulously crafted to meet your unique specifications. As these goods are personalized exclusively for you, we regret that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for custom-made orders. Please ensure all details and requirements are accurately communicated during the order process to guarantee your satisfaction with the final product.
Non-Customized Products: For non-customized items, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, along with supporting evidence (photos or videos) of the issue. We will assess the situation promptly and, if applicable, offer a replacement or store credit.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order to be eligible for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the item could be in the production or shipping process.

Non-Commercial Private Use License Agreement

This Non-Commercial Private Use License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between Longbeards (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensor”) and you (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensee”) for the digital download files provided by Longbeards for non-commercial private use only. By accessing, downloading, or using the digital download files, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License: Longbeards grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the digital download files solely for personal, non-commercial, and private purposes. This license does not permit the Licensee to sell, distribute, modify, share, sublicense, or exploit the digital download files for commercial gain, business purposes, or any public display or distribution.

2. Permitted Use: The Licensee may use the digital download files for personal, non-commercial projects, such as personal crafts, hobby projects, private displays, or gifts to family and friends. However, any use of the digital download files for commercial purposes or any unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property Rights: Longbeards retains all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and any other proprietary rights, in and to the digital download files. The Licensee acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement does not transfer any ownership of the digital download files to the Licensee.

4. No Modifications or Derivative Works: The Licensee shall not modify, adapt, create derivative works, or alter the digital download files in any way. The Licensee shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the digital download files.

5. No Commercial Use: The Licensee shall not use the digital download files, in whole or in part, for any commercial or business purposes, including but not limited to selling, renting, or distributing the files, using them in commercial products, or using them for any monetary gain.

6. No Transfer of License: The Licensee shall not sublicense, assign, transfer, or share the license to use the digital download files with any third party. The license is for the sole use of the Licensee and may not be transferred or shared in any manner.

7. Termination: Longbeards reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if the Licensee breaches any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease all use of the digital download files and destroy all copies in their possession.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty: The digital download files are provided “as is,” and Longbeards makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, functionality, or fitness for a particular purpose of the files.

9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, US, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By downloading or using the digital download files, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
